Insight into team life

In 2014, I started as an intern at the Egerkingen site. Thanks to Corina's willingness to enable further training, I was able to begin training as a HF childhood educator and successfully completed it in 2018. In October 2017, I helped set up the Olten site. After working as deputy manager, I took over as centre manager in 2019 following my maternity leave. Easy-kid-care promotes further training, enables internal career progression and delegates responsibility. Its innovative approach means that new projects, sites and additional jobs are constantly being created.
I have been part of the easy-kid-care team in Olten since it opened in 2017. I began as an intern and steadily progressed to the role of childcare assistant, developing both professionally and personally through a range of internal training opportunities and external courses. We have a fantastic team with a strong sense of camaraderie, humour, and commitment. When my daughter was born, the management team provided invaluable support and flexibility, allowing me to return to work smoothly after my maternity leave. I truly enjoy working here and look forward to being part of the team for many years to come.
I have been working at Easy-kid-care since 2019. I started as a specialist and have since been able to develop both professionally and personally in many areas. Easy-kid-care specifically promotes employees' strengths and finds the right place in the team for each person. Today, I am the deputy centre manager and have grown significantly during my time at Easy-kid-care. I particularly appreciate the open communication, the clear educational concept and the respectful interactions. The well-being of the children and parents always comes first, combined with safety and extremely loving care. These values motivate me every day and give me great professional fulfilment.
Ten years ago, I started working at easy-kid-care as a group leader. Since then, thanks to the great trust placed in me and targeted support, I have been able to continuously develop my skills, from completing a vocational training course to further training as a team leader in social and socio-medical institutions, and finally taking over as centre manager in 2019. What is particularly valuable to me is that my workplace feels like a second home, supported by the team and the children. Even during my two pregnancies and as a mum of two children, I always receive understanding and needs-oriented support at easy-kid-care.
I started my training at easy-Kid-care in 2024. Since then, I have been able to take part in various further training courses that have helped me develop both professionally and personally. Through my daily work with the children and working as part of a team, I have been able to learn a lot and continuously develop my skills. I particularly appreciate the high level of cooperation and trust within the team. I also find it very valuable that we are allowed to participate in projects such as early language development or toy-free time, as these support the children's development, make my everyday work varied and give me a lot of pleasure.
I have been part of the easy-kid-care family since 2020 and have enjoyed an exciting and fulfilling career path here. I started as a specialist, then took on the role of deputy centre manager, and now I am the centre manager of the nursery. Easy-kid-care promotes employees on a very individual basis, recognises personal strengths and provides targeted support for professional development. Communication within the team is open, appreciative and harmonious, which creates a positive and trusting working atmosphere. Working with parents, children and the team is very important to me and I enjoy this work very much.
My professional career at easy-kid-care began in 2019, immediately after completing my apprenticeship. For three years, I worked as a group leader in the infant group, where I was able to take on a lot of responsibility. Today, I am the deputy centre manager and was actively involved in setting up the new location in Kappel. I particularly appreciate the high level of motivation within the team, the strong sense of cohesion and the loving care given to the children. At easy-kid-care, I have been able to develop both professionally and personally, gaining experiences that also enrich my private life.
